Every Woman - Women's Health and Fitness Program

 

Every Woman – Women’s Health and Fitness Program is a brand new opportunity for members of the St Francis Xavier College community to participate in a variety of health and fitness sessions, including:

  • Fitness sessions
  • Tennis session
  • Yoga + Pilates
  • Cooking class
  • Boxing class
  • Plus the opportunity to hear from guest speakers in the areas of nutrition and exercise physiology.

The free program will start on Tuesday 15 October, and will run every Tuesday and Thursday night for six weeks from 6.30pm to 8.00pm at various venues around the Officer and Pakenham area. We’ve been fortunate to have a number of local organisations within our community who have volunteered their facilities and expertise to create a program that promises to be really valuable for participants.
