Cycle 1 Reports and Student Progress Meetings

Cycle 1 Reports, and the Student Progress Meetings bookings site on PAM, will be published, and will open, respectively on the following dates:

• Years 7 to 9: 26 February
• Years 10 to 12: 12 March

The Student Progress Meeting booking site will open at 6pm on each date. If you need assistance accessing PAM please email pamsupport@sfx.vic.edu.au.

Progress meetings will take place from 2.00pm – 8.00pm on the following dates:

• Years 7 – 9:
  • 26 March
  • 15 April
• Years 10 – 12:
  • 11 March
  • 26 March

On each occasion classes will conclude at 1.00pm for the year levels involved in the progress meetings.

On 11 March and 15 April College buses will depart at the regular time (post 3.25pm), however students who finish at 1.00pm may study in the LRC until the time their bus departs.

I strongly encourage parents to discuss their child’s Cycle 1 report with them and to make a booking for some progress meetings.  Our focus on differentiation includes strategy around making achievement standards well known to students and this includes informing students what they have achieved and what they need to do to progress to a further level or standard.  The progress meetings offer a very good opportunity to discuss this part of the learning program.  Again, I strongly encourage parents to make bookings for progress meetings.

College Directions

As you are aware our main directions for are represented in the College Game Plan.  The four main strategies or ‘Plays’, are listed below. 

The staff of the College are working to ensure that these Plays are realised and part of the experience for students.  I hope that your child is experiencing these Plays.
