General Public transport information is available from Public Transport Victoria (PTV).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All students travelling on the PTV network will require a Myki card.
Students under the age of 18 can travel on a Child Myki card, but students between the ages of 17 – 18 must carry a proof of age card when using a Child Myki card (more details here).
Once Year 12 Students have completed school/are over the age of 19, they will be required to use a Full Fare Myki Card.
Students continuing on to Tertiary Studies can use a Concession Myki ONLY once they have obtained a PTV Tertiary Student ID. Students who use a Concession Myki without PTV Tertiary Student ID may be fined by PTV officers.
Victorian Student Pass (Yearly Myki)
The Victorian Student Pass provides unlimited travel on all public transport operating wholly within Victoria. The pass is a myki card.
To get this pass, students must have a PTV School Student ID card. St Francis Xavier College student ID/Bus pass is not a PTV Approved School Student ID card, so you must complete the application form available on the PTV website and return it to any staffed station.
The PTV School Student ID card costs $9 and is valid until the expiry of the pass.
Students need to carry your Student Pass and ID when travelling. It is strongly recommended that students register their myki student pass to protect this high value product and to be eligible for a replacement if it is lost or stolen.

We recommend students catch a public or private school bus from the Berwick or Beaconsfield Railway Station (more info below). Please view the Pakenham Train Timetable for train times.

Closest stops are located 300m from the Berwick Campus on Ridgemont Drive.
846 bus route (To Berwick Railway Station – To Eden Rise SC via Bryn Mawr Bvd)
Closest stops are located on Cresthaven Bvd (Opposite Eden Rise SC) or on Moondara Drive
888 bus route (To Berwick Railway Station – To Berwick Cranbourne /Berwick Cranbourne Rd)
Closest stops are located 450m from the Berwick Campus on Clyde Rd/St Catherines PS.
889 bus route (To Clyde North – Berwick Railway Station via Grices Road)
Closest stops are located 450m from the Berwick Campus on Clyde Rd/St Catherines PS.
899 bus route (To Berwick Railway Station – To The Avenue Village SC)
Stops located on Cresthaven Bvd / Clyde Rd (Towards Berwick Railway Station) and Clyde Rd/Eden Rise Village SC (Towards The Avenue Village SC)
Officer Campus
PTV Train
The Cardinia Road Railway Station (Pakenham Line) is a 15-20 minute walk from the Officer Campus. Please view the Pakenham Train Timetable for train times.
PTV Buses
926 bus route (To Pakenham Railway Station – To Fountain Gate SC via Lakeside)
Closest stops are located on Princes Highway / Cardinia Rd (in front of Arena SC)
Beaconsfield Campus
PTV Train
The Beaconsfield Railway Station (Pakenham Line) is a 5-8 minute walk from the Beaconsfield Campus. Please view the Pakenham Train Timetable for train times.
PTV Buses
926 bus route (To Pakenham Railway Station – To Fountain Gate SC via Lakeside)
Stops are located directly in front of the Beaconsfield Campus.
