Fees

Our yearly fees allow us to continue delivering an exceptional Catholic education curriculum, quality facilities and unique experiences to all students. To ensure we can continue operating at the highest possible standard, school fees are an important part of enrolment, but we work with families to keep everything as affordable as we can, but we understand that all families come with different financial circumstances and we work with you to ensure we are accessible to as many as possible.

Our annual fees cover our full curriculum and digital learning program, incursions and excursions, camps, senior pathway programs and capital building fees. Families may opt to include music tuition or transport as part of their fees. We also offer family discounts and early payment discounts to make our fees more affordable where possible.

We offer a number of payment options for parents and families which are detailed in our Education Fees Schedule. Financial assistance is available for families wishing to apply. Please contact the finance department at fees@sfx.vic.edu.au or over the phone: 03 9707 3111.

Health Care Card Discount

Families who carry a current eligible Health Care Card (HCC) are entitled to a 70% discount against the Education Fee charged per student. As an example, an Education Fee in 2026 for a single student would be charged the following:

  • 2026 Education Fee – $7,750
  • Discount Amount in 2026 – $5,425
  • Education Fee charged and payable – $2,325

Are there any discounts available for families with multiple children enrolled?

Yes, we offer families with multiple children enrolled at the College a discount on their fees.

What payment options are available for school fees?

Our preferred method of payment is via direct debit, which can be set up for bank accounts and credit card payments. Please refer to our Education Fees Schedule for information on other methods of payment.

Can I pay school fees in instalments?

Yes. Should you prefer to pay in instalments, fees for each term are payable by the end of each term. Please contact the College immediately if you are unable to make payment by the due dates.

What is included in the school fees?

Our annual tuition fees include our comprehensive curriculum and digital learning programs, as well as our capital building program for ongoing improvement to the College. Fees also cover the costs of incursions and excursions, compulsory camp experiences, and VET/VCE Vocational Major programs (if applicable).

Are there any additional costs for extracurricular activities?

No, all costs are covered in the annual tuition fee.

Do you offer financial assistance or scholarships?

Financial assistance is available for all Health Care Card holders to make enrolment more accessible. We also offer flexible payment plans for eligible families. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer scholarships.

What happens if I am unable to pay the fees on time?

If you are unable to make payment by the due dates, we request that you contact the College. We will discuss confidentially with you how to move forward, including payment plan options.

Is early payment of fees eligible for a discount?

An early payment discount is available per student if the annual tuition fee is paid in full by 31 January 2026. The discount is not available if paying in instalments. Families who receive Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund (CSEF) support are not eligible for the early payment discount.
